WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty

Items purchased from Monnry have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for improper use or installations that contravene the manufacturer's instructions for installation and use.

Returns

Returns will be accepted up to 7 business days after purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased. All returned merchandise, without exception, will be issued as store credit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Monnry does not ship merchandise; however, once the order has been confirmed, our staff can coordinate the transport for you with a transport service of your choice, if you wish.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information entered on the payment form will be sent to BAC San José. This information includes your name, card number, expiration date, and security code. MONNRY does NOT have access to this information under any circumstances. Monnry will only have access to the basic information necessary to issue the electronic invoice, such as your phone number and email address. full name, among others.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as payment. This method is 100% secure, as all information provided on the payment form is sent directly to First Atlantic Commerce, a strategic partner of BAC San José, which processes the payments. All Visa and MasterCard transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system and are covered by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.

Monnry does not have access at any point in the process to the private information provided in the payment forms, only to the information necessary to complete the order. All transactions using this payment method are 100% secure and protected by a cryptographic security protocol.

We also accept payments via bank transfer. This is a secure method where you choose your preferred bank to make the payment.  The customer has 24 hours to make the payment and send it to the email address pagos@monnry.com a photo of the receipt, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Finally, if you wish, you can come to the store and make the payment at our registers, by cash or card.
